 Terms & conditions:-

  1. For Airport arrival, kindly proceed to exit door and look for “RED APPLE” signage.
  2. Standard Hotel Check-in time is after 1400hrs and check out time before 1200hrs but this may vary as per hotel policy.
  3. Genting Highland Hotel check-in time is after 1500hrs (3.00 Pm) you are required to proceed to the Express self-check-in kiosk – to check in. An additional surcharge of RM20/- is chargeable, if guest choose to check-in at reception.  If you wish to have an early check-in (subject to room availability) a surcharge will be imposed. The check-out time is 1100hrs. Please ensure to collect meal vouchers while checking in (if applicable).
  4. SIC stands for Seat in Coach. This is based on number of guest travelling together for the common service booked.
  5. Kindly report at the hotel lobby on time for all your tours and transfers in order to avoid any inconvenience.
  6. You are requested to maintain the timings for pick up as per your itinerary; however there could be a possible delay of 20-30 minutes due to the traffic congestion or delay by co-passengers in SIC.
  7. Majority of hotels will request for security deposits upon check-in for any additionals utilized in hotel.
  8. A “Local Government Fee” on all hotels in Penang, Melaka & Langkawi is applicable per room per night and will be directly collected by Hotel upon Check-In.
  9. Kindly report at the hotel lobby on time for all your tours and transfers in order to avoid any inconvenience.
  10. Vehicle will wait for only 5 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for PVT Transfers.
  11. There will be no refunds for any unutilized services.
  12. There could be change in program due to local conditions.
  13. No refunds in the events of Natural Calamity or Disaster, Poor Weather Conditions, Civil Disturbance, Suspension of Services related to Airlines, Transportation, Accommodation, Etc., Government Orders or circumstances beyond companies control.

Kuala Lumpur is a bustling metropolis with unique landmarks that are instantly recognizable worldwide. One of Asia's most dynamic cities, Kuala Lumpur is a melting pot of races and cultures brimming with diverse entertainment options, exciting attractions, and modern transportation systems. The city tour starts from the most prominent landmark - The Kings Palace, which officially became the National Palace in 2011. Next stop is the National Monument which was built to honor the valiant soldiers who gave their lives to defend the country.

A drive pass to another distinguished landmark is National Mosque, which has a 73m minaret and a unique star-shaped dome. Follow on the stop is Dataran Merdeka which means Independence Square. The buildings around the Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur mostly bear the syncretic stamp of the British Empire’s English/Indian roots, with an abundance of Mughal-style domes blended with fancy British brickwork.

A visit to the KL Tower observation deck, at height of 276 meters, is one of the first and perhaps most enduring images you will encounter when in Kuala Lumpur. You will have a 360-degree view of the city and experience the elevator that takes only 54 seconds going up to the observation deck. Next visit is one of the unique Chinese Temple in town. Here you are able to see beautiful Gold Coated Statue of Buddha & Goddess of Mercy and the traditional Chinese architecture of the temple. Final stages of the excursion is a photo-stop of Petronas Twin Towers, tallest twin towers in the world and Cocoa Boutique, where you can try locally made chocolates.
